Did you actually want me to be engaging you in some kind of a discussion? I got the impression you were just ranting in the hope of making guestbook viewers see the light and hate me or something. You didn't even address me; it was just a declaration referring to me in the third person with a name that isn't my name and talking about how fascist I am.

But fine, I'll humour you for now.

Most of your 'accusations' honestly aren't worth replying to, because they're so vague as to be meaningless. You keep talking about how dictatorial I am; I genuinely don't have the faintest idea what you're talking about, because as I pointed out, I barely even do anything on the forums. I've given exactly two infractions this year, one of them to ban a member who PMed me to ask to be banned. (I also reversed one infraction that I thought was unfair.) You also imply people are banned "for their views" all the time, but don't give any examples, and again I have no idea what you're talking about. You say the forums are especially uptight about members' behaviour, citing the fact the rules contain rules against things like flaming and mini-modding that are banned on most forums (and they don't have a rule against "bad English", only a guideline saying posts should be decently readable). You say I don't allow people to make mistakes (??), when mine is, I think, the only forum I know of where ban evasion is not actually a bannable offense, exactly because I think people should be able to get a second chance even if they screw up once. You insist my forums have an unusual amount of members being nervous about breaking the rules. You act as if forums having drama is a highly unusual thing. You seem to think I'm some kind of an evil mastermind. All of this just makes me scratch my head; I don't have the vaguest inkling of how you even got to these conclusions. How on earth am I supposed to respond to something that, as far as I can see, has simply been pulled out of thin air?

Other comments you make are just ludicrously outdated, such as the one about Furret and your general obsession with Nidokingu. For the record, I admined him at his insistence, because I was fifteen and stupid and bought his blather about how because we were in a relationship he should get an equal share in the site and forums, and I didn't de-admin him at all because he left the forums on his own - not that that actually makes the complaint valid, because forums aren't democracies and forum admins aren't in positions of power that warrant a democratic process behind them. There is no reason members should have a say in whether a mod becomes an admin; I can see the argument for wanting to have a say in who becomes a mod, maybe, since that could affect them, but an admin doesn't have any more power over members than a mod does, so why should they care? The added power an admin has is the power to vandalize the forums as a whole; the owner of the forums obviously has by far the biggest stake in ensuring admins are trustworthy.

Even then, like I said, forums aren't democracies - I don't think I've ever been to a forum where moddings weren't a matter of the admins (or current mods) just picking out regulars who seem to act responsibly, with no member input. Ultimately forums are a privately owned platform, and a private owner would rather mod people they view as responsible and capable, rather than whoever is most popular among the members. (Not that I've been personally involved with the last couple of moddings beyond just okaying the people that were nominated and voted on by the other mods.) I just run my forums the way forums are generally run, and I have no idea why you're trying to lynch me for it.

Rude, offensive or otherwise inappropriate messages, including drama, controversy or other topics that might make others uncomfortable, will be deleted on sight. Amazing. The funny thing is I was actually at a theme park yesterday (Tokyo DisneySea).

Happy

I had a dream that a "TCOD theme park" went viral. This still not existing or anything, but u started doing a bit where youd write about a TCOD theme park in an update. Youd be like, had this crazy customer experience today at the TCOD theme park, & then youd specify its location which was just on the cusp of being in a realistic major city but at a more out of the way address. So these so called customer stories started going a bit viral, but of course the inevitable followup question people started asking is "What's the TCOD theme park?" And youd just be like yeah come by the TCOD theme park its at ABCDE. And then the end of the dream was me taking the bus past that street & hearing other passengers say "Isn't the TCOD theme park supposed to be here?" LOL
I absolutely notice the redundancy in this proposed nomenclature roflll.
… And then I had one of those recursive dreams where I came to the site to tell u this, but your years' april fools prank was to change it to one of those pkmn news blogs back in the day that wanted to be serebii or kotaku & it had a personalityless white layout (NOT TO GIVE YOU ANY IDEAS). And you had labelled these posts with like a bunch of pretend new site staff also. And I was like alright let me just get past the april fools update to the guestbook.. but then you were impossibly rarely slow taking down the update, so I was like… Isnt it past april fools day now….. & it was like the 4th. & I started to get concerned about the permanence of this update ROFL.
So that's my incredible quantity of post-late night dennys haze TCOD dreams. 😂 (I don't even live in the americas… My country is like a complete regional isolate with like a leaderboard quantity of dennys branches.)

There should be a new personality quiz that’s more up to date👌

Not exactly; just get familiar with the route, do a few trees together like suggested in the guide to avoid flying between every pair of trees, and as you do it you'll get quicker at it.

Oof… that is going to take a while, any recommendation to make it fast ?

Apologies, my younger brother snuck onto my computer and wrote this. I do not have any interest in writing pokemon fanfictions and much prefer playing the official games.
My brother tends to do stuff like this, deleting save files for my pokemon games, and such.

Apologies,
RatonLeveur.

No, you'd need to slather or battle a Pokémon from a different tree first.

Thank you for the answer, now I wonder the best way to go about it, because its very time-consuming doing the route every day for 3 times, and having to repeat it to slather honey again is even more time-consuming, so I was thinking would a double slather solve the issue of getting a Pokémon from the same column ?

Unfortunately, I'm not particularly interested in writing that, and it wouldn't make any sense as an actual AU of this story (legendary morphs actually existing in this universe is right out, for one; legendaries are unicorn-level cryptids here that are not generally believed to exist, but if they did exist, how would there be Pokémorphs of them, when Pokémorphs exist only because of this one experiment carried out by a single group of scientists?).

But it sounds like you are interested and have a lot of specific ideas for what that story would involve, so I think you should go ahead and write it yourself! I would suggest you don't call it "Morphic: the flip side" because that could confuse people, but anyone can write about Pokémorphs if they want to; it's an entire genre of stories, not just this one. Many of the other existing Pokémorph fics out there are also less depressing and more action-packed and have romantic relationships, so if you look around you might find other fics you'd enjoy!

You should make an AU called "Morphic: the flip side" in which there is a new cast of characters, such as cubchoo and charcadet, ots a little less depressing but still action packed (while adding in romantic relasionships), and they eventually meet legendary morphs such as zeraora or deoxys.

Maybe don't include pulling not in a game, like leopard in gen 9

I believe it's just about whether you slather it immediately after fighting the Pokémon, regardless of how the battle finished.

Hi, I am doing my "Honey Tree Farming route" To see If I can finally get a Munchlax on Pokémon platinum, realize I was making a big mistake by applying honey immediately after each encounter, but now I have a question,
Does it make a difference between capturing, fighting or just running away from the fight, when trying to hunt for Munchlax ?

Menibaru

Your calculations are impressive and are clear that while AI is a threat to many. AI is incapable of solving complex problems such as this,I tried running these numbers through many versions AI ChatGPT, Meta, Gemini, and DeepSeek they all said that 1 Bait was the best option but my own Xcel spreadsheet agreed with your numbers. Thanks a bunch for this, just got ahold of a platinum copy and I knew that finding a munchlax was gonna be a pain here's hoping this helps (I lucked out and windworks is one of my two trees so I can hunt early)

I am *very* late to this page (like a decade or so), but I checked out this whole page *and* used the April Fools style associated with it, and I couldn’t take any of it seriously! Random comment, I know, but whatevs!
