You should probably not use the notes app to write HTML - it is not for that. I don't have an iPad so I can't make a personal recommendation, but a brief Google suggests an app called Textastic.

Off topic but i realised the verification pokemon shows so dragonfree, i am gonna use mythichal/eeveelution as the verification label
