Pikachu Goddess: Lol. I got $30 today for essentially playing videogames with a couple of kids I'm babysitting. We started with Wii Sports, then I decided to try and teach them how to play SSBB. The older one is 8 and his favorite characters are Lucario, Pikachu, and Mr. Game&Watch, and he's actually pretty good for his first time playing - I had to concentrate a fair amount to win when I played him (I dont believe in letting the kids win all the time). His brother, on the other hand, is pretty bad (but again, first time playing) and likes "the big fighting robot dude!" (Samus, as if he knew about ROB). Well, he used to like Samus, until he got the Smash Ball and used it. The attack he loved, but the aftermath just made me lol:
Kid: "HEY, THE ROBOT DUDE JUST TURNED INTO A GIRL"
Me: "Well, whats wrong with that?"
Kid: "BECAUSE GIRLS ARE UCKY"
Me: *\o/*
Silly 7 year olds ;-)
But yeah, after a while they asked what the WiFi was for, so I showed them. I did 2 matches, used Ness and Jigglypuff, got a combined 12 KOs from them, with only one fall (and that was a self-desruct from Jiggly's Rollout), got to use Puff Up once and PEEEEEEKAAAAAYSSSSTTTTTAAAAAAARRRRSSSSSTTTTTTOOOOORRRRRRMMMMMM twice. Oh, and I showed them the finer points of a well timed PKFRASH :D.
In short, I basically got a solid job for at least a couple of years from the kids going to their mom saying they love Alex the babysitter who will turn them into professional SSBB players. Kekekeke.

Yes; click the "Options" tab next to "Found Favorites" and then check "Regional variants" under "Include forms". Note that by default they will be classified as the generation that introduced the regional variant (e.g. VII for Alolan forms); if you're also filtering by generation and would like to see regional variants of the Pokémon in that generation, you'll also want to select "Count forms as generation of base Pokémon" instead of "generation of introduction".
Is there a way to get regional variants in the Pokémon Picker?
In Colosseum, once you've purified all the Shadow Pokémon, you can get a Ho-Oh by clearing Mt. Battle in Battle Mode. I don't think anything like that is unlocked when you've purified every Pokémon in XD, though it has been a long time.
So…. what happens if you purified every Pokémon ? Anything cool happens ?

Could you add a custom time limit option for answering in order to make it more challenging? Like only having 10 seconds to answer or something similar

Late, but this was such a CURSED April Fool's idea, it's delightful! In hindsight I totally should have anticipated that you might do something in this vein. I can see what you meant about the writing part being a bit tricky. You did a nice job of keeping it ambiguous about whether you were talking about a human baby or a literal caterpie through the early part of the page. You also absolutely nailed the skeezy mom-influencer vibes!
There are some nice stories here (and some less nice ones), but you know what the people really want? "The Type Chart." The Pokémaniacs of the world DEMAND a conclusion to the greatest "Matrix" parody of 2003 … it can't be any worse than "Revolutions" was!

stupid question: is it harder to find legendary Pokémon or Ultra Beasts compared to common Pokémon in these messages?

Hey, I was wondering if it would be possible to make "nidoran" be a correct answer for both nidoran male and female, since I assume most people don't have the male or female sign on their keyboard
