Welcome to the Cave of Dragonflies guestbook.
Can't really decide…. Probably not Pokabu. I can't stand the thought of the Fire-Type starter being a pig.
Also, is it just me, or does the male trainer's clothing look exteremely similar to Platinum's?

You’re the coolest! I’ve been using your website forever, you have my favorite writing style of any site I’ve used—and you’re so informative. I’m glad you did all the work you’ve done on this
The way the formula works, there are absolutely no Pokémon that are impossible to catch with a Great Ball. I don't know what you're doing or why you're saying a level 12 Oricorio in particular can't, but have you tried just throwing more balls? Sometimes you simply get unlucky.
It would be pretty silly to try to keep track of what Pokémon you've gotten before for "Don't know it?" purposes. The link is for if you actually don't know the Pokémon; if you're any kind of Pokémon fan, odds are you should get a Pokémon you know within like a couple dozen clicks at the most, even if you e.g. only know the first 151. The odds of getting repeats in that time are low, and if you do get one, it's no big deal, because the next click almost certainly won't be a repeat.
The link is not for clicking it until you get one particular Pokémon you want. If you choose to use it that way, it's on you choosing to waste your own time on that - I'm not going to code special features just to accommodate you using it in a way it's not meant for.
A Level 12 Oricorio can't be caught with a Great Ball. Please fix the calculator.
Also Butterfree make it so Pokémon you clicked "don't know it" on don't show up again.
Tested it on both my old Moon save file and a new Sun save file. Confirmed false. (Definitely did not refresh 500 times for Scyther before giving up and got annoyed because non-Scyther Pokémon kept coming back. No.)
In route 229 there are two ace trainers who give decent EXP when re-battled. Useful for leveling up mons up to around level 40
i wanted to issue an apology for my statement on cowardice. that was an uncalled for value judgement on people who love a specific guy so dearly they will plumb the ends of the earth & time for them. there is no cowardice in this…. it is in fact bravery to live ones truth.
solgaleo came & blessed me specifically for learning a lesson today but this is not a replacement assigned pokemon. im paired with sirfetchd forever now
shaking the gift box eagerly for a pokemon & getting this guy makes me understand how it must be to get into gacha. this is the same experience as my friend who got hype for a powerpuff girl blind box & got the freaking mayor.
i will not reroll. that is for cowards.
Sorry, I meant that Sand Rising heals you each turn that amount.
Excuse me while I explain my pokemon:
Name: Sandlurk
Types: Ghost-Ground
Ability: Swing Back-Deals x damage dealt back to the opponent after taking damage, where x=damage taken. If contact move, also raises user's defense by 1. User always goes last, except with priority moves. Destiny Bond gains priority.
Dex Entry 1: Acting as a common training tool for practice, it will retaliate violently to scare the attacker. It seems to be unable to attack without provocation.
Dex Entry 2:A quite resilient Pokemon. For a while, it was unknown until it was caught on camera absorbing a victim's life.
Base Stats: 500
Attack: 0
Defense: 200
Special Attack: 0
Special Defense: 150
Speed: 0
Hp: 150
Attacks: Counter, Mirror Coat, Substitute, Destiny Bond, Endure, Reversal, Vengeful Tackle (unique), Sand Rising (unique).
Vengeful Tackle: Power -, Accuracy 85, Category Physical. Deals damage equal to opponent's SpAtk if Atk<SpAtk, otherwise opponents Atk.
Sand Rising: Power:-, Accuracy -, Category Status. Heals user by (x+1)/16 of the users health, where x equals the # of fainted Pokemon this battle.
So was I, if "the only valid babies are websites" somehow sounded like a serious statement to you :P
Come on, it was a joke!
I wasn't sure if I should put it on the zodiac page or this page since it's not a question. Just found it really cool that my birthday has a strong moon theme xD day of Lunatone in the reign of Cresselia. Anyway, this website is really cool!
The Calyrex option here is just for Calyrex itself, not the Ice Rider or Shadow Rider form. Does that mean that the catch chance is the same for both? Even for Heavy Ball, when Ice Rider is over 100x heavier than normal Calyrex?
My next essay might be one tackling the Venonat and Butterfree connection, actually :P
Butterfree, do not go here:

Jirachi!
That's what the Espeon and Umbreon page is for!
I also like the messages now showing the verification Pokemon. (lets go scyther!)
