You may have read the old version, but Butterfree didn't leave in that one either; the tone of the ending was more bittersweet, though, so that may be why you felt like Butterfree had left at the end. (In the old version, the narrator hadn't had this proper realization that the problem was they should have communicated properly about this dynamic and what they each wanted, and the narrator thus ended up still unsure whether Butterfree was truly happy to be with them, though they ended up sort of forcibly convincing themselves they had to be.)
This story scared me as a kid.
This story is absolutely adorable. I fully expected Butterfree to leave at the end, but the fact he didn't made this so sweet and wholesome. I read this years ago and could have sworn he did leave, but I'm probably misremembering.
I really can't fathom why you're so anxious for a random Pokémon webmaster from Iceland to opine on the Falkland Islands. I'm going to have to call "Sir, this is a Wendy's" here.
Do you agree that Argentina's claim to the islands is ridiculous since the people living on the islands voted to remain British and that islands always were British
I don't really have a stance, and I can't say I recall hearing an Icelander express a specific opinion on it. It's very far away, has nothing to do with us, and is just not really in the Icelandic discourse. I would need to look into it a lot more than I've ever had to do to have an opinion.
What is your stance on the Falklands Islands? And what is most Icelander's opinions on the Falklands dispute?
hello, just wanted to let you know that i took the "what pokemon are you" test and got natu, which is coincidentally my nickname. the description is also pretty accurate i think, so kudos! and thanks for making me laugh
I love the Favourite Pokémon Picker you've created. I know a lot of people who have used it, and it's genuinely great. However, I have a suggestion that I hope you'll consider implementing.
Right now, you only have the option:
"Final evolutions only - If checked, only final evolutions will be included."
However, I often choose my favourite Pokémon based on the first Pokémon in an evolutionary line, not the final evolution. For example, to avoid choosing the same evolutionary line twice, I'll often pick Caterpie instead of Butterfree.
So, I am asking if you can please add an option to the Favourite Pokémon Picker that shows you only the First Forms.
The only complication I can think of is baby Pokémon. I don't think this option should automatically treat every baby Pokémon as the first form. For example, the default for the Pikachu line should be Pikachu, not its baby form, Pichu.
A good compromise might be to include baby Pokémon only when they were introduced in the same generation as the rest of their evolutionary line. That would make Togepi, Riolu, and Toxel the first forms of their respective lines, while Pokémon like Pikachu, Mr. Mime, and Roselia would still default to their original first forms.
The option could be written as something like:
"First evolutions only - If checked, only final evolutions will be included. Later-introduced baby Pokémon will not replace the original first form."
I hope this gets to you. Thanks for your consideration!
Thanks for the calculator.
Crazy that Moltres in Leaf Green only has a 4,366% catch rate in the upper best circumstances.
15 dusk balls on a 10% HP sleeping Giratina and nothing. First ultra ball I throw I capture it lol

A base catch rate of 3 is equal to a legendary, so you could substitute a legendary in the calculator for that.
nice crobat is a cool pokemon
Where are some glitch pokemon that have a corrupted catch rate? Like 'M, with a base catch rate of 3?
