There is a normal Shaymin that basically looks kind of unfinished (and has the same image for both animation frames), an Another Forme Giratina with a shorter tail and whose second animation frame has the same kind of wings as the first, Shellos that looks like the West Shellos in the pose of the real East Shellos, Gastrodon that looks like the R/S one (if I remember correctly) and Wormadam with messed-up colors. Could be more that I don't remember.
