When two sites affiliate, one webmaster basically contacts the other and asks to affiliate, and if the other says yes, they will put up each other's buttons somewhere under an affiliate list. Pokémon Rebirth is basically a huge piece of fanfiction plus supplementary material about "the deeper side" of Pokémon. Darker and edgier and one of the best-known Pokémon fanfics out there.

An interesting site with various game guides, a Pokémon creation story and a nicely active forum.

Primarily a Lugia and Articuno fansite, but also has some tutorials, freebies, adoptables and so on.

A refreshingly original site with articles, game stuff, a massive Pokémon fan test, game reviews, various programs and more.

A Nido family fansite by the owner of Creative Worlds, with a whole bunch of art, comics and articles about those adorable little bunnies.

An anything-goes site with nice game information, musing articles of various kinds and more.

A Moltres-themed site with cheats/glitches/etc., merchandise photos, a comprehensive Pokémon name origins list, and a series of reviews of Pokémon designs.

An old dedicated fake Pokémon site, featuring hundreds of Pokémon designs, an original region, moves, types, a large-scale forum RPG, and more.

Mostly an art resource but with other content as well, including in particular a wonderful art tutorial. Highly recommended.

A mostly creative-based site, with a fan region, an interesting project for creating layout designs for all the original Kanto Pokémon, art tutorials, and more.

PokEdit is a tool that allows you to create customized save files - by default, they come with every Pokémon in its shiny form, every item, every TM, and so on - and either buy a game with that file already loaded, download the file or send in your own game.

A Pokémon graphic resource with some really gorgeous wallpapers, official/card art, and original illustrations.
