Site Rater
If you have a website, you may request for it to be reviewed personally by me. "Site Rater" is a bit of a misnomer; it would be more accurately described as "Get Your Site Unfairly Picked On", but that doesn't sound as good in a title. The basic idea is that I review your site by e-mail and thus you will know about things to improve on, etc. This is meant as help for you, not as some sort of an award or anything like that; the only people who will ever see the review are you and me. If you just want an ego boost, this is not the place to look; you'd do better with applying for an award (although I will not be held accountable for any possible damage suffered by your ego after I reply to that).
I do not rate forums (what the hell am I supposed to rate? It's not like I can go around picking on your users' spelling) or non-Pokémon websites (if I don't know anything about the subject, I won't have very much to say).
How It Works
Well, basically, you e-mail me with the URL to your site and a polite request to rate your site. Then I, sometime when I'm not being busy/lazy, go to your site, open a text file and read through the whole thing by going down your menu (unless you have something like episode guides or something where I'll usually only read a couple of samples) while writing every single nitpick that crosses my mind down into that file, from specific instances of misinformation to coding errors to generally picking on your spelling and grammar, with maybe a couple of things I really like about your site thrown in for good measure if there are any.
This is actually a good way to have your site proofread for mistakes (not that I endorse such lazy webmastering; you really ought to do it yourself, but hey). Ordinarily I'll spare you from all the spelling/grammar errors I find unless they're misspelled Pokémon names/items/locations; if you specifically request so, however, I can throw that in too.
A Word of Warning
I do not hate you. Even if I say your site is utterly awful and whatnot, don't think I have some personal grudge against you now. I really don't hate anybody and don't want people to think I do. I'm honest because ultimately, if you request a site rating, you'll get what you ask for. If I'm in a bad mood that day, I may come across a little/very snappy if your site happens to particularly annoy me, but please don't take offense to it. I repeat: I do not hate you.
Well, unless you've been plagiarizing my content and images and refusing to admit it even after being caught in the act and instead plastering the theft on me. Then I'll probably think you should rot in a small cupboard for the rest of your life where you can't spread your immorality upon the world. But aside from that, rest assured that I don't hate you.
Also, it's all my opinion, and you are free to disagree and decide that you'd rather keep something the way it is. Who am I to boss you around? If you value my opinion enough to ask for this, I'll give you a bunch of it; nobody's telling you to value it all.

Note that you may have to wait a little while for me to actually do it, since I tend to get a lot of e-mail and I'm a rather busy person who does not always feel like ploughing through content on Pokémon websites.
