These links are to sites that spell out I-N-F-O-R-M-A-T-I-O-N. Reading through them will probably teach you much, much more than if you'd had spent twice that long in school.
Serebii.netThis site has everything. And then I mean everything. Serebii is probably far the hardest-working webmaster of a Pokémon site in the world, as his site has DAILY updates (with a few exceptions, though) with everything new there is to know about Pokémon. First or second with all news, big or small...
Pokémon forever's PokédexSadly, it appears that all the old content of Pokémon Forever is no longer there and only the Pokédex is left. Of course, just the Pokédex is something to marvel at and worship, but yeah...
This has a GREAT Pokédex. In fact, this site is all about the Pokédex. Of course there's other stuff on it, but you need a microscope to be possibly able to pay any attention to it with that Pokédex there. Only bad thing, it doesn't have the R/S Pokémon yet.
Why am I even putting this in information? Well, to me, this site has two things: Anti-Pokémon articles, and episode comparisons. The anti-Pokémon articles will send you rolling out of the house of laughter (religious Pokéhaters...). The episode comparisons compare the Japanese Pokémon episodes with the American ones, and are very interesting to read. Also it has rants, and Dogasu actually has some way to make you laugh whether with Pokémon-bashing articles or not. Highly recommended if you need to be cheered up.
Mewtwofan's Pokémon page is great. Especially the anti-anti-Pokémon. It's just truly good, and very, very interesting.

Nidokingu and I are working on this one. ^_^ It's basically a huge Pokédex - well, will be. That's a preview containing Bulbasaur to Butterfree.

Those links are for anti-anti-Pokémon sites.
Now, does this site have such extremely good counters? No, none at all, actually. Does it have points to consider? No, nothing of the sort. It's simply a list of the member sites. What makes this site so great is the fact that this is a union; I feel so supported when I look at this list. It makes me think: "We're all in the same boat." It's a really nice feeling. You should join if you have a website.
This site is just great. It's made by a former teacher, and contains very solid pro-Pokémon information. Truly an enjoyable read. I meant to link to it long ago, but always forgot.

Neopets. It's a great virtual pet site with over NINETY MILLION users! That's one heck of a site. Join.
Vgmusic.com. It may not be a Pokémon site, but it has MIDIs from video games, including Pokémon. There are such incredibly cool remixes... oh, all Ruby and Sapphire music is still in New files. There is a lot of it, it's just not on the actual site yet.
Kawaiimon, a site with monsters that are apparently not Pokémon but are creepily similar to Pokémon anyway. Very cute, though.
