Wow... Just... Just wow. I like the main story, but the scyther spin-offs... Amazing. The characters and plot are great, and that one scene in FoAL when Pearl dies made me cry, seriously... You're a fantastic writer. Honestly, though, this specific story makes me wish that Razor eventually meets back up with Nightmare, who dies and is brought back to life as Scyther by mew... It feels to me like the story is actually REAL. Great job, and keep up the fantastic work.

This is a really nice and interesting story, but I wish that you would also mention what happens after this and make it a long atory with a good ending.Reply: ...what? What sort of ending would that be, anyway? "Okay, let's go over how many unsolved mysteries there are. And have some very speculative theories about how things might be and talk about how uncertain everything is anyway. And then let's end this on a note of impending doom just to make readers cry out in frustration!"

Also, this is just nitpicky theory questioning, but why would he say 'for Christ's sake'? There... isn't really any Jesus or God or whatever, is there? Wouldn't it be 'for Arceus's sake' or summat?
Bah, I should probably read the whole thing and post one comment rather than read in little parts posting multiple comments.
Also should get some sleep. ~_~Reply: The basic idea is this: They're not actually speaking English in this fic, but some other language with all sorts of other figures of speech. The fic is a 'translation' that tries to capture the effect of what the characters are saying in English. He is not technically saying "for Christ's sake". It's just the closest way to approximate the expression of emphasis that he used. It's there purely as a figure of speech and not as a reference to any deity at all.

o.o Sickle? Wasn't it Nightmare? Or is this just another effect of the alchohol (spelling?)?Reply: He's not talking about Nightmare anymore; he's talking about sex, basically wondering whether sex is worth all the trouble caused by love (an annoying byproduct of the sex drive, as far as he's concerned). He never had sex with Nightmare, but he did have sex with Sickle at one point, hence why she would suddenly come to mind.

They are not supposed to be much bigger than the kids, and sitting right above the wings (which it sounds like they do) couldn't work very well with those slim necks, could it?Reply: Oh, come on, both Charizard and Skarmory have been ridden in the animé. :P
