Update

10/13/08: Magikarp: the Gathering

Magikarp: the Gathering, formerly referred to by the working title "Magikarp Quest", is up. I hope you enjoy it.

Why, yes, I have noticed it's the day of Magikarp and Gyarados. It is not a coincidence. Why did you think I randomly set a release date for this? :P (Too bad nobody noticed.)

Seeing as it's one of my bizarrely difficult games, I'm going to make a thread at the forums for the community to get together and solve it; you can go there if you want help.

It's really sad that I'm so lazy. XD While this seems fun, I don't really have the energy to search for all the clues. *shrugs*

EPIC. It deserves a sequel. Perhaps a parody of Dungeons & Dragons, involving Gyarados?

I'm afraid that I'm just a bit too lazy for this.

The game was fun, but too short.

I think the hardest part was the one with the cookie. :3

Yes, of course it's a pun on Magic: the Gathering. Wouldn't have been the first name to think of otherwise. o_O

You know, the name, Magikarp: the Gathering is extremely similar to the name of a card game, called Magic: the Gathering. Wss that on purpose?

(Well, okay, it probably is harder than the clue game. But not at the beginning, when it is like the clue game. The clue game clues can be genuinely obscure; Magikarp: the Gathering is fairly straightforward at the beginning as long as you are reasonably familiar with the content of this site.)

(Also, guys: http://www.dragonflycave.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3501 has lots of hints.)

Anonymous, I don't know how far you got, but if it still seems just like the Clue Game to you, you apparently gave up before you got to the plot. What precisely were you expecting?

(Also, it's not harder than the clue game. o_O)

It's just like the Clue Game but harder and more boring and just generally worse.

… This? This is what I've been waiting for? Should be called Magikrap: the Gathering. Or just Magikrap. Or just crap.
