Welcome to the Cave of Dragonflies guestbook.

Off-topic discussion is allowed, but spam is not; please make sure all your messages are of substantial meaning that at least somebody would be interested in reading and responding to. That being said, obviously I appreciate comments relating to The Cave of Dragonflies, whether they are error reports, questions, suggestions or whatever else you might want to get across.

Rude, offensive or otherwise inappropriate messages will be deleted on sight. Repeat troublemakers will be banned altogether. Please keep any websites entered into the website field reasonably family-friendly.

Users can use BBCode (forum code) to format their messages:

A fun little treat: the spam verification Pokémon at the bottom of the form has a 1/8192 chance of being shiny, the same as in the games prior to the sixth generation. If you get a shiny, congratulations! Feel free to brag in your post (but try to keep the rest of the post meaningful).

Anybody with Admin below their name is definitely me or a trusted person. I myself will always sign as Butterfree. If somebody signs under that name but does not have the Admin label, it is most likely an impostor.

I agree, it's really stupid (the copyright thing). So stupid that I overreacted when I saw the pics taken down from Serebii… ^^;;;

Incidentally, Gigi, you were the second person in the space of a couple of days to report that. It had also been reported a few times before, as well as other Britishisms used on the site.

Quoth myself:

"Personally, I'm going to keep being skeptical of this whole thing until it's actually proven 100% that it was a real lawyer. WPM claiming he's talked to this lawyer is not 100% proof. It could just as well be a prank. I'm willing to bet when asked for pics of the guy he's going to turn up photos of someone dressed as Phoenix Wright."

That's my stance on the whole lawyer matter. :l

Honestly? No, it's not. That supposed lawyer's argument is nonsensical. The whole idea of screenshots diminishing profits from sales of the actual games is ridiculous. If that was a real lawyer really working for Nintendo of America, somebody at Nintendo of America is a moron and in the very, very, very unlikely case Nintendo of America would ever notice this site's existence, I would seriously reply demanding a better explanation than that.

But it's copyright infringement to post B/W pics.
